Emperor Trump???????????????

This article appeared on The Daily Beast website 5-15-19  if you google it you can read the entire article.......   And if you weren't scared before, well, you better well be now!

"Trump to Congress: It’s None of Your Business if I Break the Law

Trump lawyers are arguing he’s an emperor, above the law, even as he calls on the Department of Justice to prosecute his political enemies."

People you better wake up and start screaming at those "R's" in the House and Senate who are letting our Constitution be trampled on by this person who does not LOVE his country or its LAWS!

Cheerful Giver...........

Hey Draft Dodger in Chief, here's one for you.........

2 Corinthians 9:7

“Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.”

King James Version (KJV)

Somehow your behavior is neither cheerful, nor does it seem that you even give!

Global Warming, Animal Extinction

This is for all the nay-sayers regarding Climate Change.

Thanks to Steve Sack, from the Minneapolis Star Tribune, for his insight on what those nay-sayers don't get........

Once the other species are lost mankind won't be far behind....

I used to regret not having had children, but NO MORE, I regret that the lives of those born now are going to face hazards yet unknown to mankind.....

Tewkesbury Abbey

This is the Tewkesbury Abbey interior.  From the series Secrets of Britain's Cathedrals......

What is so different about this abbey is that the altar colors are yellow, most of the stained glass window have more blue in them than others.....   It is so different, I really liked this interior better than any other....

By the way Tewkesbury   is pronounced as TWOkesbury..........

Secrets Of Britain's Great Cathedrals...... documentary

After the dismissal viewing of The Favorite, we have been viewing segments of this documentary
     Secrets of Britain's Great Cathedrals
Boy oh boy, what an uplifting and educational look at the many Great Cathedrals throughout Britain......

Each segment showcases 2 Cathedrals.

The above photo is Wells Cathedral, which isn't as impressive from the exterior, however, the interior is STUNNING!

The above photo is the Lady Chapel of Wells, amazing!

This documentary is well worth watching, 3 disc set........👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

The Favorite, movie

Recently, this movie was up for an Oscar, won for Best Actress.

Two family members had watched it before my husband and I watched it - they asked us to tell them "what was the point?" after we viewed it.......

THERE IS NO POINT, unless it is Abigail's digging a RABBIT hole, which she will never get out of.......

I have been an avid movie buff since the early 1960's - and this movie is BY FAR the WORST MOVIE I HAVE EVER  SEEN!  What a waste of time.

Don't waste your time or money on this.......

Been An Interesting Week 5-3-2019

For all those who are followers of the Christian faith, I truly hope you will question your loyalty to someone who does not follow the "Suffer the little children to come unto me."

From the man who suggested that George should have named his estate after himself....

Thanks to Matt Wuerker (Politico) and to Steve Sack of the Minneapolis Star Tribune for the insights to the occupant of the White House.....👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
