Perhaps the smartest individual on the East Coast during this blizzard of 2016, is the panda at the National Zoo in Washington D.C.
Watching the news the past couple of days, I can only scratch my head at the inability of a huge number of Americans who have been warned, over the past several days about the oncoming blizzard, and have been told to stay off the highways and streets, to just stay home so that they do not become statistics of accidents. Yet, these individuals continued to get in their vehicles - even during the worst part of the blizzard - then complained about being stuck on the highways, that emergency responders are not helping them.
Gee to you think they have any brains?
