Wilbur Ross --- What's NOT to UNDERSTAND?

Washington (CNN Business)Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross says he doesn't "really quite understand why" federal workers who have missed paychecks due to the partial government shutdown don't just take out loans to cover the gap. 

Is Wilbur Ross so arrogant, so far removed from the "common" every day citizen, so "rich" that he has NEVER, EVER IN HIS ENTIRE LIFE been faced with where his next meal will come from, how he will tell his children they can't have a special birthday present, that his wife must go without a new pair of REALLY NEEDED clothing item?
Exactly WHAT UNIVERSE does he live in? 

I truly HOPE and PRAY that he doesn't consider himself a CHRISTIAN, because his lack of empathy, sympathy and charity are surely A BIG FAT ZERO!
