Movies during the Times of the Pandamic

As I mentioned in my most recent post, my husband and I have been watching movies that we have purchased over the past 30 or so years.  I thought I would share some titles with you -----  what is nice is we don't have to pay for them through Netflix or Amazon or Hulu.......   And most of them are so much better than what has been coming out of Hollywood for the past several years - well, we think so.

First, they are not in any particular order.........

Pretty In Pink     Priscilla Queen of the Desert   Splash

Princess Bride    Ruthless People  Rustler's Rhapsody

Sleeper  Annie Hall   Best Exotic Marigold Hotel   The Intern

Far From the Madding Crowd (original with Julie Christie)

Empire of the Sun  Finding Forrester   Clockwise  Billy Elliott

Great Outdoors  Grumpier Old Men  Private Benjamin

Overboard   Gods Must Be Crazy    Funny Girl  Funny Lady

Blowup (with David Hemmings)  The Tango Lesson

The Man with One Red Shoe   Roxanne  Housekeeping

Romancing the Stone  Jewel of the Nile   Local Hero

There's a Girl in My Soup    To Catch a Thief

The Girl with the Mona Lisa Smile   Mystic Pizza

Il Postino (The Postman)  The Good Year

Bucket List   The Visitor   Salmon Fishing in the Yemen

Well, as Diane Keaton says in Annie Hall

"Well, Lah de dah, lah de dah"

Maybe you can find some of these on demand.........

And tonight we will watch...... Tune in next time!
