Today is another day, I think that this time I will be able to successfully post something.
It is a bright sunny day, and my thoughts about blogging seem to be in tune with the sunshine. Blogging is not something that I felt I needed to do - I have so many other things to attend to - but I guess we all need to "step outside the box" once in awhile. Some days you can teach old dogs new tricks, maybe this is one of those days.

i found your blog!!! :)
I kind of like being called a military brat. Of course I can be rather bratty. I like your Dads word though. It was a good life. I think I get along with different people so much better, because I had to learn too.
KEGM
Well, I have set up my IM with Stacey and Rob, so that we can try to get this part of our training "under our belts" so to speak. And surprise I had two postings today, YES!
So, only one more week of storytimes, then two weeks off for spring break. When I return Preschool will be on Tuesdays instead of Thursdady - gotta get my mind right, been doing preschool on Thursdays for 26 years, "Where am I?"
Saturday started with a wallop, snow coming down by the barrel, well, it seemed that way. Currently, the sun is sort of out, it is NOT snowing, and what was on our cars has melted. Spring may just be a little bit late, but I am sure it will be here soon.
So, I have made contact with Stacey and Rob, and we all have put each name in our gmail accounts, so that we can try to IM when the three of us can schedule time together. Also, I have done the RSS event, and subscribed to several news accounts for instant updating. I checked my gmail this morning, and there were LOTS of thing in the RSS column today, so signing up was successful.
Well, I have had to unsubscribe to some of the news sites in my RSS account, there was just too much stuff coming in every day, and there does not seem to be a way to delete in a normal manner, so I asked Rob, and he suggested that I mark things as read, and then they begin to disappear. I hope that is the case.
So, today Jane, Stacey and I added each other's gmail addresses, and linked up to chat. We seemed to have been successful, as we practiced for about 20-25 minutes. We tried to include Rob, but for some reason, we had no success in adding him to the chat line.
I was just "fiddling" around with the radio streaming process. I don't know if I will use Pandora or the Sno-Isle process, tried both. Pandora seemed to only want to play selections it chose, Sno-Isle's seemed much more "friendly" in letting me listen to selections I checked into.
Well, I tried radio streaming with Pandora yesterday, I have doubts about their knowledge of classical music, as I typed in Jose van Dam, a world known opera singer and the response was for some punk rock star, then I typed in an aria by Mahler, and that was rejected as well, so that sort of left me thinking they aren't interested in major classical works.
Afterall, Mahler didn't just fly off the wall yesterday.
Today, I asked Rob if he could walk me through the steps to post and submit my completed tasks, he very kindly showed, more than once I must admit, how to do it. Hopefully, next week I might be able to do it on my own.
Well, we'll see.
I am really excited, I signed up for the Sno-Isle radio stream, and started a play-list. Well, it is a start at any rate,
